Account Executive (DACH)

As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout the DACH market. You’ll have an inbound focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Recruitee customers. It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal. In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer. You’ll have a huge impact on Recruitee’s success in the DACH market. You will report into the DACH Country Manager.
About the team
The DACH sales team consists of 5 AEs who are based in Germany and in the Netherlands. The team covers the whole DACH territory and its mission is to keep the DACH sales engine running and convert leads into long term customers.
Your 12-month journey
The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand the product, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics.
After six months, you are fully onboarded and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the system and know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact.
After 12 months, once you are fully ramped up and bringing new customers to Recruitee you will have the possibility to further develop your skills with a personal development plan.
What you’ll do
Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close in the DACH market.
Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals.
Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.
Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs.
Provide your insight and feedback on the Recruitee product to ultimately make us the best recruitment software around!
What you'll bring to the team
3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales.
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
Proven ability to run an organised and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel.
Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment.
Native German language skills.
A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset.
Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships.
Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity.
