Account Executive (Rest of the World)
Netherlands, Noord-Holland, AmsterdamSales
As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout the 'Rest of the World' (RoW) market. You’ll have an inbound-focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Recruitee customers. It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal. In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer. You’ll have a huge impact on Recruitee’s success in the RoW market. You will report to the Head of Sales.
About the team
The ‘Rest of the world’ sales team consists of 2 AEs and 2 SDRs who are helping the AEs with lead qualification. The team covers every region and country excluding the US, the Benelux market, the DACH market and France (e.g., UK&I, Spain, Italy, Argentina, India, Australia, etc.). The team’s mission is to keep the ‘Rest of the world’ sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers.
Your 12-month journey
The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand the product, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant to your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics.
After six months, you are fully ramped and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the system and know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact.
After 12 months, you are bringing new customers to Recruitee and you will have the possibility to further develop your skills with a personal development plan.
