We have an office in the centre of Poznań (Product - Design / Development) and Amsterdam (Sales).

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team in Poznań. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Product Designers and Development Teams to make sure we deliver great features and applications that our customers love.

What you will do

  • use Agile practices to help the teams organize and make the best decisions,
  • build effective teams focused on providing business value,
  • support Product Owners in backlog management,
  • write user stories for new features and improvements together with Product Designers,
  • ensure every story/issue is actionable to the development team,
  • monitor ongoing teams and help with removing any impediments,
  • guide the feature/project from the start of development to the release phase,
  • ensure the product changes are communicated internally and externally,
  • take part in creating and implementing tools to improve the work of the teams,
  • report on the progress and estimated delivery dates.

We are looking for someone who has

  • at least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in an Agile environment,
  • hands-on experience in user story writing and backlog refinement,
  • technical knowledge of web-based applications and the ability to smoothly communicate with developers, product designers and QA engineers,
  • experience in product development life-cycle,
  • ability to facilitate meetings in a timely matter,
  • experience in conducting workshops and training,
  • proactive attitude and taking care of the teams throughout the product development process,
  • product focus (traits of a Product Owner is a big plus)
