What’s the opportunity? 🤔

 

We are looking for a creative and hungry business developer to join our marketing & growth team. You will work closely with different departments to develop a strategy for finding, targeting and nurturing potential customers for Recruitee. Together with our marketing and sales team, you will turn business development into the ultimate lead generation channel for Recruitee. 

 

Requirements

What will I be doing? 🚀

 

  • Work with our growth hackers to find creative ways to target new potential leads through lead magnets, social listening and smart targeting 
  • Build our business development strategy from scratch and own it!
  • Help execute our events strategy by attending conferences, fairs and meetups to build a network and find potential customers

  • Leverage our current customer base to generate leads through referrals, cross-company adoption and reactivating former clients.

  • Reach out to new prospects and build strong relationships with companies (any company that is hiring can benefit from Recruitee!)

  • Build relationships with potential customers, nurture them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and hand them over to our Sales department.


What skills do I need? 📖

 

  • 1 year experience in business development or a similar marketing or sales role

  • You are confident, easy to talk to and understand what customers want

  • You strive for the best and are keen to take ownership
  • Target-driven, hunter mentality; highly ambitious and passionate about growth!
  • Fluent in Dutch with awesome English skills
