Business Development Representative (DACH)

This position can be based anywhere in Germany.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential Recruitee customers that would have a need for Recruitee’s ATS. This will be by means of cold outreach through social, emails, cold calling and nurturing workflows. Your main goal is to organise as many quality meetings for the account executives with the right personas of targeted industries as possible. This is a very exciting opportunity to form part of the very first outbound business development team at Recruitee.
About the team
We are growing the Business Development team from scratch with a priority focus on the DACH region. The Business Development team will work very closely with marketing and sales on various campaigns. At the moment we have the Head of Business Development who is looking to grow this department globally, and you can form part of this adventure!
Your 12-month journey
The first 3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand the product, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will be working closely together with the other team members, joining sales demos to understand the process and product better. You will also familiarize yourself with all of the sales enablement tools we use to help with prospecting.
After 6 months, you will be booking regular discovery calls with ICP prospects and have a much better understanding of what Recruitee offer and how we can help improve the existing recruitment process for companies.
After 12 months, you have mastered the cold outreach approach and will have consistent meetings being booked with new customers signing with Recruitee thanks to your work.
What you’ll do
Cold outreach via social, email and phone.
Organise new sales meetings for account executives.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing.
Manage and execute your own outbound campaigns to maximise results.
Help grow the sales pipeline and revenue.
What you’ll bring to the team

A passion for sales with a well organised and self-motivated mindset.
Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with new software.
Business level German and fluency in English.
Ability to research and identify key focus areas.
Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.
