Your mission

Recruitee has been steadily building its position in the French market. The Country Manager’s main objective will be to expedite the scaleup’s local pace and triple revenues from this year to the next. The key challenges will revolve around designing a strategic vision, ensuring a localized approach, and building a strong brand name. The Country Manager will be based in France.

About the team

You will be part of Recruitee’s sales organisation and will report to our Global Director of Sales. Your peers will be the Head of Sales Benelux and Country manager DACH. Besides, you will work closely together with our Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing departments. There are currently 2 French AEs on the team that will directly report to you.

Your 12-month journey

In the first 3 months, you’ll focus on learning everything about Recruitee: understanding the product, the framework of our software, our position on the French market, our customers & their requirements, etc. You will start analysing our sales processes to see what actions are needed and what needs to be improved. You will also work on building your relationship and trust with your team.

After 6 months, you will have come up with a vision and created a go-to-market strategy for sales in France at Recruitee. You will have also started extending the team and executed on the GTM plan to ensure revenue growth.

After 12 months, you will have contributed to a substantial increase in revenue in France.

What you’ll do

  • Design and execute a go-to-market strategy (e.g. including messaging and positioning).
  • Building the French subsidiary, which will include setting up operations and growing the team.
  • Manage the sales team and speak on behalf of the French market.
  • Advise the organisation on operational, product and strategic changes to generate the revenue that is required to reach our goals.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales roles and experience in a leadership position.

  • Expertise in how to build a business in the French market.

  • Established proficiency in building strategies and operations and team enablement.

  • Analytical skills - basic knowledge of financial analysis and ROI calculations.

  • Background in tech: knowledge of how to set up key metrics, and processes, and grow revenue.

  • Strong collaboration skills: ability to work together with other departments closely.
