Our product is used by over 2,000 amazing companies including Hotjar, Vice, Scotch & Soda, Greenpeace, and Bunq. We are on a mission to create the software that will revolutionize recruitment and are now seeking a talented Customer Success lead to enhance our brilliant team.

As our Customer Success Lead you will take ownership of the customer experience and ensure the success of Recruitee's customers. You will track and proactively act upon key customer success metrics to improve activation, retention, revenue, expansions and referrals. You will facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers, to drive fast product adoption whilst ensuring they have the training and knowledge to leverage Recruitee to its full potential.

What you will do

  • Lead, grow and guide the customer success team

  • Master our product and understand what it means for a customer to be successful with Recruitee

  • Take ownership of the key customer success metrics and proactively act upon them

  • Set goals, targets and KPIs for your team and be responsible for reaching them

  • Build out the ideal customer success journey and develop key processes and best practices

  • Drive product adoption and user success by proactively engaging our customers through onboarding, account management, and guidance

  • Align with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer journey


What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Ownership of both the operational and strategic sides of customer success

  • A data-driven and results-oriented mindset

  • Experience with customer success metrics and analytics software

  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of SaaS software

  • A structured approach to improving process and implementing projects

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
