As our Customer Success Manager you will confidently advise, influence and support our users improving overall customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention. Joining a small but mighty team you will have the support of sales, marketing and customer/technical support to assist you. What you will do

  • Facilitate successful onboarding of new customers, to drive fast product adoption whilst ensuring they have the training and knowledge to leverage Recruitee to its full potential

  • Build trusted partnerships, empowering our customers to achieve their ongoing hiring goals using Recruitee

  • Communicate with your clients through frequent calls, email or creative gifting

  • Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations

  • Drive product adoption and user happiness by proactively engaging our customers through trainings, updates or improvement suggestions

  • Identify strategic areas to optimize the customer journey through projects such as; establishing smooth transition from sales, identify onboarding process, defining best practices and guides for future hires, etc.

  • Automatically gain a seat on the Product team, working closely to identify and track feature requests/bugs

  • Be the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback on how Recruitee can better serve our customers

  • Master the recruitee product, holding the knowledge to offer solutions and suggestions for every individual customer

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Success role preferably B2B, working with SaaS or subscription products

  • An understanding of SaaS software 

  • Empathetic and customer focused to your bones

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Fluent in Dutch & English 

  • Positive, confident and proactive team player

  • A true passion for our customers and driving success

  • A structured approach to process improvements and implementation projects

  • Basic HTML skills (beneficial)
