We’re looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to enhance our brilliant team and ride the swell with us.

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist that is eager to learn and develop in order to provide (online) onboarding and training sessions, support our customers with their launch of Recruitee and to ensure they continue to get the most out of our software to reach their hiring goals.

It’s an exciting time to be joining our Success team: you’ll be in charge of your own Recruitee customers and build out what customer success really means at Recruitee. What you will do

  • Lead the implementation, training, and onboarding for new Recruitee users

  • Daily interaction, and partnering with recruiters, HR teams and hiring managers (the people that use our software) to set them up for hiring success

  • Effectively communicate features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption

  • Lead business reviews with customers on a regular basis to ensure they are maximizing Recruitee’s impact

  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to avoid churn

  • Collaborate with marketing to gather customer testimonials, references, and other marketing content to support the customer journey

  • Master the Recruitee Software, working closely with the product team for feedback and feature roadmap planning


What you’ll bring to the team

  • 1-2 years of customer success or account management 

  • Experience working in software as a service (SaaS)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience building strong relationships, and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience

  • Fluent in English & Dutch

  • Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with software such as: Slack, CRM systems, Intercom, etc. 

  • A true passion for our customers and driving their success, you want all of our clients to be successful using Recruitee

Bonus points for;
