Help Recruitee scale its user base through rapid experimentation across different marketing channels and CRO.

Your mission

As a Growth Marketer, your main mission is to help Recruitee grow the number of incoming leads by conducting experiments and working on website conversion rate optimization. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Growth and work closely with Content, SEO, Product Marketing, and the Creative teams. You are all about experimentation, execution, and getting things done. Taking ownership of projects, working with people from different disciplines, and using a variety of marketing tools are things that you are comfortable with.

About the team

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be part of the paid & growth team (currently consists of one Growth Marketer & the Head of Growth) within the marketing department. Our mission is to help Recruitee grow its customer base by conducting growth experiments across the marketing funnel. Within the team, we strongly believe that giving people autonomy and ownership of their projects and experiments leads to the best results. As a Growth Marketer, you’ll have a lot of freedom to come up with and carry out your experiments as you see fit.

Your 12-month Journey

The first 3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything about Recruitee: understand the product and the organization. You will be involved in all the growth sprints from day one and given the opportunity to come up with and carry out your first experiments. You will also be helping with our website optimization project in collaboration with the SEO team.

After 6 months, you will have taken ownership over a part of our Google and Linkedin ads efforts and you will have conducted a number of successful experiments. You will be actively involved in the website improvement project and will be taking more responsibility for the CRO efforts on our website.

After 1 year, you will be owning the optimization of the website and expanding our paid marketing efforts. You will own one of our focus regions and be responsible for all KPIs and growth targets we have set there.

Job requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Work through a Lean Growth process to systematically bring traditional and creative ideas to grow KPIs; (Gather ideas, Rank, Outline Experiments, Work and build, Study and learn)

  • Improving the website through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing all projects for future learnings and optimization

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing online ad campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  • Creating and optimizing landing pages

  • Testing and scaling new paid channels

What you’ll bring to Recruitee:

  • You are fluent/near-native in English

  • At least 2 years of experience in a growth marketing role

  • An understanding of the nature of B2B (SaaS) marketing

  • Experience with website CRO and the willingness to grow in this domain

  • You know your way around the key online ad channels (Google ads, Linkedin ads, etc.) and are keen to discover new ones

  • You know how to write ad copy that encourages clicks and conversions

  • You are autonomous - you don’t wait to be told what to do

  • You are tech-savvy and love finding your way around new tools
