Have you worked in in a high-growth SaaS outbound sales environment before? Ready for the next step?

 

As this is uncharted waters for Recruitee, we need someone experienced but not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will champion our outbound approach. Your first 6 months you will be in setup mode, working closely alongside our CCO setting up campaigns, guidelines, potential new tools and an ambitious team.

 

What you will do

 

  • Setup and execute outbound business development strategy

  • Setup, mentor and be responsible for a team of junior business development representatives

  • Analytically evaluating and improving outreaching tactics (A/B testing etc.)

  • Generating Leads and Opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting

  • Be metric-obsessed: tracking performance and solve bottlenecks for further growth

  • Lead the outbound SaaS sales team to improve phone follow up, needs assessment, software tour, consulting and closing skills

  • Hands on: Managing outbound mailing campaigns, following up with direct calls and engaging with prospects on Social Media

Your goals

  • The outbound market is huge unleashed potential, show us it can work!

  • Experiment to find the most effective and efficient formula to make outbound work for our SaaS

  • Own our outbound growth/sales strategy

  • Bring in >10 sales qualified leads per months after half a year

  • Hire 2 junior BDRs

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

 

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in business development in a SaaS environment

  • Proven successful experience in SaaS sales

  • Fluency in English, any additional language is advantageous

  • Strong analytical skills, as well as a structured approach to work

  • High performance business leadership with an exceptional aptitude for successfully driving ambitious business development activities & junior teams

  • Experience working within SaaS/tech/software is essential

  • Structured, Creative out of the box thinker
