About the team
Our global People and Talent Acquisition team (around 11 FTE) is full of enthusiastic, engaged and driven individuals who are always in for some fun. Everyone supports our goal of making our people and company as successful as they can be, and we do this together. We have cat and dog lovers, lego and fantasy lovers, travellers and boat lovers. What you’ll do
Facilitate the growth and development of our team leads and managers so they can grow and develop their teams
Provide strategic People Partnership focusing mainly on our middle people manager group & provide support during times of (organizational) change
Work directly with our leaders on performance management, well-being and vitality, promoting inclusion and cultural values, sickness cases, engagement survey feedback results, etc.
Act as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders (team leads/managers, employees)
Drive and/or support global People initiatives that will add value to our main People vision, for example around well-being and vitality topics
Facilitate the performance management process and improve where necessary
Evaluate and improve current People policies, processes and procedures, including reward
Partner with our Learning & Development Specialist to identify people/team or organizational development needs
Provide a broad generalist knowledge to support in e.g. compensation, employment law, learning need analysis, data analysis, business acumen
Help set up relevant People metrics that will deliver insights for our People roadmap and day-to-day focus
12-month journey
The first 3 months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand the business, our structure and setup, our processes, the teams, the product, customers and more.
After 6 months, you are fully ramped up. You’ll have set up the role and will have started working out processes. Furthermore, you’ll be mapping out the challenges, you’ll have monthly check-ins with managers, running the engagement survey, and will have revised our Performance Management Cycle.
After 12 months, you’ll have worked out a good setup & flow of working with managers. You are adding value and making our organisation more successful by helping the managers become better leaders.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring to the team
3+ years experience in a People/HR Business Partner or equivalent role
A solid understanding of Dutch Employment Law
Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
Ability to work and switch between strategy, tactics and operations
A curious mind by nature and never done with developing yourself
Ability to challenge or push back if necessary
Experience helping global organizations scale sustainably
The ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
