To support our rapid growth, we need an Inbound Growth Hacker for our Growth team in Amsterdam.


About you:

You are an all-around growth hacker with a focus on content. You have done growth hacking before and you’re hungry for more. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get sh*t done. You’re the kind of person who dots the i’s and crosses the t’s of every piece of content you put out there. You know that this job description is just the start, and you’re willing to grow together with the role as it evolves.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Produce killer content that is optimized for search engines.
  • Increase Recruitee’s reach and influence through social media and community ‘hacking’.
  • Monitor and engage in online discussions about our company and industry.
  • Help design and execute growth experiments as part of the growth team.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all projects for future learnings and optimization.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 1–2 year(s) worth of growth hacking and content marketing skills.
  • You have no problem writing long-form articles (>1000 words) in both Dutch and English.
  • You have plenty of ideas for distributing and promoting content across various channels, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Quora.
  • You can spot opportunities to take part in relevant online communities.
  • You can write engaging emails for both email marketing and outreach.
  • You are able to apply SEO best practices to your growth activities.
  • You are autonomous. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • You live in the Amsterdam area or you’re willing to relocate.
  • You have valid EU work permit.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Data & Analytics. You know what data to collect and how to use it.
  • Design skills. You know how to make eye-catching graphics.
  • Online ads. You have experience running ads on Google and/or Facebook.
  • Events. You have experience organizing events.
  • PR. You know how to approach journalists and get their attention.
