About the team
The ‘Revenue and Data Operations’ team’s (Ops team) mission is to scale Recruitee in a durable and data-driven way. We do this by translating strategy (the why and what) into repeatable tactics (what and who) and use the operational data that this generates into insights to further develop our tactics and strategies. The team operates from the heart of Amsterdam as well as the organization.
To achieve our ambitious revenue goals, sales and marketing require perfect alignment. As our marketing operations specialist you’ll be the vital link between sales and marketing. You’ll manage the planning of all our marketing campaigns and make sure our sales team can hit the ground running when they get those sweet leads in. All while ensuring the right metrics are being tracked and processed into operational insights that we can use for future campaigns. You’ll be part of the newly formed Ops teams and will own the campaign, lead and data management processes within the marketing team. Collecting and managing the data associated with the entire customer acquisition process is integral to the role and our ideal candidate has experience in working with data and has project management skills.
The 12-month journey
The first month you’ll spend focusing on learning everything there is about Recruitee: understand the product, the organisation and the people.
After 6 months you’re instilling repeatability in our marketing efforts, planning out the different phases of marketing campaigns and how to track their success in an effective way.
After 12 months it’s full steam ahead. You’ve created new operational insights and optimised our marketing efforts by building repeatable playbooks. By implementing and measuring the success of lead tracking initiatives, you’ve helped the business to scale its ability to acquire more customers efficiently.
