Marketing Operations Specialist

Job description

Accelerate Recruitee’s stellar growth through sales and marketing alignment

About Us
Recruitee develops innovative SaaS Recruitment Software to help companies hire better and we are on a mission to make great hiring accessible to all. 🤲 We’re headquartered in Amsterdam with offices in Poznan, Wroclaw, and most recently New York! Our international team just crossed 100 happy employees of 15 nationalities. We are proud of our humble beginnings that has now transformed into rocketing growth with over 3,000 much-loved customers worldwide, and we are not stopping here!

About the team
The ‘Revenue and Data Operations’ team’s (Ops team) mission is to scale Recruitee in a durable and data-driven way. We do this by translating strategy (the why and what) into repeatable tactics (what and who) and use the operational data that this generates into insights to further develop our tactics and strategies. The team operates from the heart of Amsterdam as well as the organization.

Your Mission
To achieve our ambitious revenue goals, sales and marketing require perfect alignment. As our marketing operations specialist you’ll be the vital link between sales and marketing. You’ll manage the planning of all our marketing campaigns and make sure our sales team can hit the ground running when they get those sweet leads in. All while ensuring the right metrics are being tracked and processed into operational insights that we can use for future campaigns. You’ll be part of the newly formed Ops teams and will own the campaign, lead and data management processes within the marketing team. Collecting and managing the data associated with the entire customer acquisition process is integral to the role and our ideal candidate has experience in working with data and has project management skills.

The 12-month journey
The first month you’ll spend focusing on learning everything there is about Recruitee: understand the product, the organisation and the people.

After 6 months you’re instilling repeatability in our marketing efforts, planning out the different phases of marketing campaigns and how to track their success in an effective way.

After 12 months it’s full steam ahead. You’ve created new operational insights and optimised our marketing efforts by building repeatable playbooks. By implementing and measuring the success of lead tracking initiatives, you’ve helped the business to scale its ability to acquire more customers efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain the campaign calendar together with marketing and sales leadership.
  • Drive initiatives to ensure we have the right processes in place to track marketing’s contribution to Recruitee’s pipeline creation.
  • Project manage the creative process around new marketing campaigns and making sure everyone is aware of their responsibilities for the campaign.
  • Making sure the sales team know exactly what the follow-up should be on the campaign and are effectively set up for success.
  • Use reporting to create the knowledge on what works and what doesn’t for lead generation and conversion and make sure this is communicated throughout the company for future successes.
  • Work on marketing data quality initiatives, ensuring we have enough useful data in the right places and creating repeatable processes to purge the rest.
  • Be one of our Hubspot experts, enabling the sales and marketing teams to best use the tool and ensure all of the moving parts and system automation work in harmony.

What you’ve got

  • You have experience with data analysis and are able to present it in such a way that it drives actionable insights.
  • Experience with project or stakeholder management.
