What’s the opportunity? 🤔

 

We are looking for a creative and hungry Outbound Business Development Manager to set up the Outbound Business development team. Together with the Head of Sales you would formulate the right strategy for finding, targeting and nurturing potential customers for Recruitee. After get those first structural successes in you would move on to growing and leading your team

Together with our marketing and sales team, you will turn business development into the ultimate lead generation channel for Recruitee. 

 

Requirements

What will I be doing? 🚀

 

  • Formulate the Outbound Business Development Strategy based on your knowledge and proven trackrecord
  • Work together with the Head of Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement & Marketing to ensure you have what you need to reach your targets 
  • Accelerate your proven formula by hiring Business Development Representatives
  • Continuously Hire, train, and manage a team of world class Business Development Representatives

  • Ownership of monthly pipeline goal

  • Daily sales coaching and performance management

  • Master outbound conversion metrics

  • Manage to KPIs that lead to consistent performance


What skills do I need? 📖

 

  • 2-4+ Years of Outbound SaaS sales experience

      • Prior closing experience preferred
      • Outstanding Coaching Skills Hands on leadership style
      • Passionate about talent development
      • Ability to quickly assess skills gaps and develop improvement plans
      • Comfortable with change and a fast paced work environment
      • Detail oriented and organized


  • You are confident, easy to talk to and understand what customers want

  • You strive for the best and are keen to take ownership
  • Target-driven, hunter mentality; highly ambitious and passionate about growth!
  • Fluent in English 
  • French/German/Dutch are a huge plus
