Your Mission

As our Partner Development Manager | Benelux/RoW, your mission will be to help acquire and activate new HR (Tech) Consultancy, Digital Agency and Marketing Agency partners and grow our existing partner relationships in the Benelux/RoW region to drive increased revenue and velocity from this channel, starting from the existing foundations. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with the Sales, Support and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for generating revenue through attracting, enabling and motivating new target partners and pioneer your Partner strategy as you develop an expertise in the field of modern recruitment and its challenges.

About the team

Our Partnership team’s mission is to expand Recruitee’s reach by partnering with key players of the HR tech and recruitment space. We work with both technology partners and channel (agency & referral) partners. This team started in 2020 and is now looking at onboarding its first Partner Development Manager | Benelux/RoW, who will have the opportunity to fully manage and grow the existing base of agency and referral partners in the Benelux/RoW region. This is a new team within the company, shaping and exploring new ways of working. It offers a great level of autonomy and will suit someone wanting to take ownership and build, all while receiving sufficient direction and guidance.

Your 12-months journey

Your first 3 months, you will be fully onboarded on the Recruitee product, the sales processes and partner processes with full guidance from our side. We will slowly transition into you taking ownership of the whole process of attracting, enabling and motivating new partners.

After 6 months, you should have taken over all existing partners pre hiring of your partner portfolio Benelux/RoW and have had introduction calls with all of the new partners, know how to deal with incoming partner requests, qualify them and convert them into partners and you will know what is needed to enable and engage these partners further. You will also know how to attract new target partners and activate them quickly ensuring our growth trajectory to reach our goals for 2022.

After 12 months, you know how to cross collaborate with sales, CSM and support and how to make a partnership successful. We should start seeing a significant jump in number of channel partners in BeNeLux/RoW, number of paid customers and associated revenue, successfully implemented new partner procedures and a mutual plan with full of ideas for the development of the partner programs for 2023.

What you'll do

  • Manage incoming partnership requests from agencies and take care of the onboarding process.
  • Expand the partner network and find ways to attract new partners based on our ideal partner profile in the Benelux/RoW region doing product and company demonstrations.
  • Activate new partners quickly and enable them with partner sales material, 1on1 sales trainings, product support, and proactive check-ins.
  • Be a coach and motivator to your partner network and help them grow their business and thrive.
  • Establish productive ongoing relationships with the partners and cross collaborate with the sales team to make the partnership a success.
  • Keep an eye on KPI's and ensure we consistently grow the total number of partners and the revenue they generate (we use Partnerstack as our PRM).
  • Identify future needs for the evolvement of the program and associated elements to support f.e. new and evolving partner types, enablement material, markets, geographies, and the operational process.

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Partner Manager, (Pre-)Sales, Customer Success or recruitment-related role.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, like a start-up or scale-up.
  • Experience running product demos, company presentations or workshops.
  • Experience in SaaS, knowledge of HR Tech landscape is a plus but not a prerequisite.
  • Experience in Partner Sales, with agencies or consultants, is a nice to have.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and easily adapting to change.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, as the scope of the role will be RoW, with a focus on Benelux.
  • French fluency is a plus.
