Lead Recruitee’s partner marketing efforts in the DACH region
As the first dedicated DACH Partner Marketing Manager at Recruitee, you’ll jump into a thriving partner ecosystem to bring the marketing expertise needed to level up our local partnership game. You’ll report to the Partner Marketing Lead, working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external teams, with Partnerships as the most significant stakeholder. We’re looking for a creative candidate with the ability to both work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders as well as independently drive this new role through their own strategy. Partnerships is one of the fastest growing disciplines at Recruitee, and we’re looking for the right person to make a significant impact on the company's growth via our DACH partners.
About the Team
The marketing team's mission is to build the Recruitee brand (= telling the story) & to drive revenue (= generating demand). The team consists of 30+ people divided into different subteams — Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO. You’ll work in the Product Marketing team with other strategic, cross-functional roles responsible for creating the story that resonates externally and driving revenue through customer journey optimization centralized around the product.
Your 12-month journey 🚀
The first 3 months are all about you learning, observing & analyzing. Most importantly, understand Recruitee’s landscape of people, processes, and tools. You’ll set up a way of working between different teams and start building relationships with key partners.
After 6 months, you’ve created and executed on the partner marketing strategy for the DACH region, including the coordination and creation of partner content, enablement, events, campaigns and building out the partner community. You will have defined a set of KPIs to track, and published your first partner case study.
After 1 year, you’ve mastered the way of doing local partner marketing, and have built a robust hub of assets, content, and tools for our partners to use. You have hosted your first partner event and run your first partner acquisition campaign, increasing the awareness and interest in Recruitee’s partner programs in the DACH region.
What you’ll do
Build a partner marketing strategy for the DACH region based on three pillars: partner acquisition (campaigns/content), education (enablement) and community (e.g. events)
Develop a roadmap for what DACH partner marketing should look like in the future
Work closely with the DACH Channel Partnerships team to know their strategy, needs and build out an activity calendar together
Ensure partners have access to all the enablement they need to be set up for success
Collaborate with the DACH Content Marketing team to build and execute a roadmap for partner content (partner case studies, blogs etc.)
Plan, organize & host local partner events and webinars
Design and run campaigns together with the Growth Marketing team to attract new partners in the DACH region
Build dedicated co-marketing strategies with our top-performing partners
Build a strong relationship with internal teams (partnerships, content, creative, product marketing etc.) to coordinate partner marketing efforts with them
Be creative: proactively think about interesting content & topics we could leverage with our partners, to cement our position as thought leaders in the Talent Acquisition space
Be KPI driven: we want to measure the impact of our initiatives (e.g. leads or sign-ups generated)
What you’ll bring to the team
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (product marketing, content marketing, field marketing, general marketing or partner marketing)
Fluent in English and German
Exceptional writing / communication / presentation skills
Stakeholder management and organizational skills
Adaptive to a rapidly growing and changing environment
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Analytical skills / data-driven mindset
Nice to have :
- Experience with creating and writing content for a product
