People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the PeopleTeam and to be part of our incredible growth story. You’ll own the HR administration, provide advice and support to our brilliant employees throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding, to offboarding, and work closely with The PeopleTeam on culture-building projects all to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

About the Team
You will be part of the Global People Team spread across Poland and The Netherlands which currently consists of 2 People Operations Specialists, 2 Office Managers, 1 Head of People, the recruitment team and the Director of People. Our mission is to help Recruitee grow and ensure that our employees are happy, healthy, and productive.
Your 12-month journey
The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand our HR processes, our People (aka our recruitees), locations, and People Projects.
After six months, you are onboarded and fully own the employee lifecycle.Now is the time to begin optimising the HR processes, HR policies, and on and off-boarding to improve the employee experience.
After 12 months, you are making an impact and working on our PeopleRoadmap. The new HRIS is up and running and you are owning and optimising our people data to guide our people decisions.
What you'll do
Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries relating to benefits, leave, payroll, policies and other employee related questions
Assist in coordinating and scheduling new hire onboarding, including delivering the PeopleOps orientation
Execute and manage offboarding logistics
Maintain personnel folders and assist with ensuring data integrity in our HRIS system (we use currently NMBRS)
Manage and own the Dutch payroll and work with our EOR services for Germany and NewYork
Support the administration of Recruitee's benefit programs
Develop and evolve HR policies and processes, including tools/systems and operational guides
Proactively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
What you’ll bring to the team
+2 years of work experience as a People Operations, HR Administrator, or a similar role in the Netherlands
Solid understanding of Dutch employment law and payroll processes
Excellent spoken and written English, Dutch is a plus
An interest in processes and visualising data
A proactive and positive mindset
Enthusiastic about building a career in HR in a scale up
