As Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with the Product, Sales, Growth and Engineering teams and focus on driving adoption, retention and revenue growth among existing users of our Talent Acquisition Platform.
Our ideal candidate understands the SAAS technology market space, is eager to get know our product inside-out, and has an incredible eye for detail and a high standard for quality. You strive to connect the customers’ needs with the product and understand how it fits in their daily life. You measure your success based on customer outcomes and adoption and love to collaborate with various departments to deliver great technical and promotional content.
What you'll be doing 🚀
Become an influential expert in our product and product roadmap working closely with Product Owners on roadmap communication
Define the messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy for Recruitee as we introduce new feature releases and product updates for our users
Enable our sales team by communicating the value of new products and developing sales tools that facilitate the sales process
Create content and materials for readiness in preparation for launch including; help desk articles, targeted in-app messages, mail campaigns, blog posts, website updates, social media posts, video walkthroughs, PR content preparations etc.
Communicate key launch initiative updates company-wide
Partner with product, design, customer success, and support teams to test new features and learn from performance and feedback
Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates an understanding of our customers’ needs
Measure what works, what doesn’t and improve!
What you’ll bring to the team
3+ years B2B Product Marketing experience
2+ year experience at a software company or a high growth tech company
Native or near-native English speaker
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a sharp eye for detail
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completion
Strong project management skills and a natural planner
Experience with multiple marketing channels such as blogs, social media, and mail updates
Understanding of core concepts around usability design and UX
An infectious passion for the product
Ability and desire to write in-depth niche/practical/technical content on a tight deadline
Bonus points for;
Understanding of the recruitment market
Experience running product-growth experiments
Pun lovers (or at least those who can tolerate them)
