Your mission

We are looking for a Quality Analyst in Technical Support who would join our Product Team. We want you to help us support our clients in overcoming technical issues with the application by investigating their cases and tracing bugs. You will be working in close collaboration with the Customer Support, QA, Development, Customer Success, and Product Design teams.


What can you expect?

Recruitee is a complex ATS tool with both simple and complex features including automated actions, calendar, GDPR settings, event scheduling, mailing system, careers site editor, dozens of integrations, and many more. That's why a deep understanding of how our application works will be your sword and shield, as you're going to become an expert, sharing your application knowledge both internally (with other teams) and externally (with our clients).


Your 12-month journey 🚀

In the first 3 months, you will focus on learning everything about Recruitee: the company's mission and the product we create. Your main goal will be to learn the application inside out, as well as to get familiar with our product development process.

After 3 months, you will take active part in troubleshooting technical issues and investigating bug reports. You will have a good grasp of the application and various investigation tools. You will be working closely with your teammates, becoming more and more independent in your role.

After 12 months, you will be fully independent in your role, possessing solid application knowledge and troubleshooting skills. You will also be familiar with basic software testing and development concepts, such as API testing and documentation, E2E testing, information security, databases (SQL), and other technical skills. You will also select an area of expertise for further individual development.

Job requirements

What you will be responsible for:

  • Handling technical issues raised by the first line of support.
  • Investigating and reproducing bugs, gathering technical details for the development team.
  • Creating/updating internal and external documentation.
  • Reporting issues in a bug tracking tool (ClickUp).
  • Providing help for other QA’s and product teams as second opinion.
  • Working in a two-shift system (currently 8:00-16:00 & 11:00-19:00).


What you should bring:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).
  • Ability to relay complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience in working in customer or technical support, or a similar role.
  • Great research skills (ability to google things & analyze documentation effectively).
  • Good attention to detail.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Experience in working in a ticketing system (ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
  • Good command of Polish, as most of the product teams are based in Poland
  • Familiarity with basic web design concepts (e.g. HTML & CSS code, using Dev Tools, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for board games
