Your mission

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential Recruitee customers that would have a need for Recruitee’s ATS. This will be by means following up on inbound leads by phone, through social, emails and nurturing workflows. Your main goal is to qualify these leads and organize the correct follow-up for the Account Executive. The qualification part is vital for our sales cycle so your contribution is highly valued. This is a very exciting opportunity to form part of the UK&I team which is just about to start. The growth potential and career opportunities are there and in your own hands.

About the team

The UK&I team always used to be part of a larger global team. We are now setting up a more focused approach. You will be working closely together with the Account Executive(s) managing together all the leads that come in for this specific region. Together you will have the responsibility to make this a huge success! You will report directly to the Head of Sales and form part of a larger Rest of World team.

Your 12-month journey

The first 3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee: understand the product, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will be working closely together with the other team members, joining sales demos to understand the process and product better. You will also familiarize yourself with all of the sales enablement tools we use to help with prospecting.

After 6 months, you will be confidently booking regular discovery calls with prospects and have a deep understanding of what Recruitee offers and how we can help improve the existing recruitment process for companies.

After 1 year you have mastered the qualification part of our sales cycle and you will most probably have contributed to very important new deals for Recruitee!

What you’ll do

  • Follow-up on inbound leads.

  • Qualify inbound leads using the SPICED framework.

  • Organise new sales meetings for account executives.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and partnerships.

  • Manage and execute your own campaigns to maximise results.

  • Help grow the sales pipeline and revenue.


What you’ll bring to the team

  • Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset.

  • Well-organised and self-motivated attitude.

  • Native English speaker.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales and tech.

  • Ability to research and identify key focus areas where results will follow.

  • Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.
