With this rapid growing customer base, we need a kickass Talent & People Manager who is going to help us facilitate this growth by finding and keeping the best people!
Your typical day at Recruitee
As our Talent & People Manager, you will build strong networks, expand your horizons and always look for the perfect match to make our team even stronger. Being responsible for the entire recruitment process, you will develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, screen candidates, make them crazily enthusiastic about Recruitee and finally close the deal with an offer.
We don’t only want to actively look for talent, but also inspire them and our own along the way. This means you will have a great focus on further developing our company culture, HR practices and employer branding. You are the go-to person when it comes to our people and talent, creating cultural values, organizing events and showing everybody how awesome our team is!
But that’s not all; working with the Recruitee software on a daily basis will make you the ideal specialist to give feedback on our product and make it even better. By working together with the Growth and Customer Success team, you will support the product development by using, testing and implementing new ideas and features. This basically means that you not only have a great influence on the Recruitee team and culture, but also on the product itself.

This is you
You have gained experience in full cycle recruitment and preferably you have been involved in HR. Besides your recruitment know-how, you have a passion for people, culture, startups and digital products. Being both Talent & People Manager and advising on product development, you play a central role in the company. You are the person to go to whenever anybody has a talent- or HR related question and you’re the face and voice of Recruitee. You will set up cultural sessions, interviews, performance evaluations, manage stakeholders, organize and attend events and spread our story every chance you get. Networking is your middle-name and you have a proactive, performance-driven and sociable approach.
You have about at least 1-3 years of work experience in either talent management, recruitment or HR;
You have a passion for recruitment and you know how to combine this with your commercial skills;
You have implemented processes related to people management/culture (advantage)
You are tech-savvy and you have a strong interest in digital products;
You are proficient in English and your communication skills are excellent;
You are able to work in Amsterdam.
