Your Mission

As our Technical Partner Manager, your core mission will be to co-own the Marketplace integration submission and partner request queue. It will involve evaluating new partner fit to our program, providing technical support during the development phase for Technology partners, completing a full integration review (certification process). It will also require a programmatic mindset to constantly think through further automating our review processes alongside our Integrations Team.

About the team
Our Partnership team’s mission is to expand Recruitee’s reach by partnering with key players of the HR tech and recruitment space. We work with both technology partners and channel (agency & referral) partners. This team started in 2020 and is now looking at onboarding its first Technical Partner Manager, who will have the opportunity to fully manage and grow the existing base of technology partners. This is a new team within the company, shaping and exploring new ways of working. It offers a great level of autonomy and will suit someone wanting to take ownership and build, all while receiving sufficient direction and guidance.

Your 12-months journey

The first 3 months, you will spend focusing on learning everything about Recruitee: understanding the product, APIs and our offering in general, our customer base and their needs, the ATS space and adjacent tech categories, our integrations and marketplace strategy. You will also be joining the Head of Technology Partnerships in conversations with tech partners to be introduced and slowly take over these relationships.

After 6 months, you will have taken ownership of the day-to-day operations, deal with inbound partner requests, have a strategy for outbound partnerships and run quarterly check-ins with tech partners to monitor their integration’s performance and discuss how we can improve the numbers.

After 1 year, you will have a solid grasp of the marketplace performance and become more KPI driven. You will establish the processes for the daily operations and make sure that partner-facing information and documentation are always available and up-to-date.

What you'll do

  • Scope, define, implement, and operationalize partnership engagements aligned with Recruitee’s Marketplace strategy.

  • Be the primary day-to-day person for Recruitee’s Technology Partnerships Partners.

  • Manage the Recruitee Marketplace integration submission request and approval queue, including carrying out the certification assessments for new integrations.

  • Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve escalated issues by the Marketplace Technology Partners.

  • Collaborate with Integrations Team to continuously improve the Technology Partner integration workflow and communicate the details to non-technical teams.

  • Document partner integrations procedures and tools that help scale marketplace submission requests and approvals, integration scope, and release processes.

  • Measure and communicate the business impact of Recruitee’s ecosystem.

  • Advocate the role of the ecosystem and partner experience within Recruitee.

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of partnerships management or related experience in the technology/cloud services industry.

  • Experience with Web APIs and software development processes.

  • Demonstrated success leading partner engagement plans to execution.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Knowledge of the HR Tech landscape is a plus.

  • Experience with integration marketplaces is a big plus as well.
