We are looking for a skilled Video Producer to join our Amsterdam team on a full-time basis. As our go-to Video guru, you will be involved in all stages of the video production process from concepting, scriptwriting, filming, right through to editing. You will be responsible for producing Recruitee’s video content including; Customer testimonials, Expert Interviews, Recruitee Promotional videos, Event coverage, Employer branding videos, and other exciting projects.

You are a skilled editor and producer that has a strong sense of building brand through video. Being proactive and a self-starter you can’t wait to unleash your creativity to ensure we incorporate video throughout Recruitee to make our brand shine. In this role, you will have a huge impact on our success and we want someone with the drive to think BIG for video in Recruitee!

What you’ll do

• Produce high quality, high impact video productions from concept through to completion for Recruitee’s various marketing channels.
• Plan, direct, shoot, and edit video content for Recruitee, ranging from Customer Testimonials to YouTube series.
• Bring creative input to our branding and actively participate in idea sessions.
• Interface with clients to direct and shoot our client videos (check our customer success stories out here).

What you’ll bring to the team

• Hands-on with a desire to own video production and make video BIG in Recruitee.
• 2-4 years experience producing video content with a portfolio of video projects.
• Extensive knowledge of one or more video and audio editing/production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc).
• Extensive knowledge of producing and experience owning video projects from concept through delivery.
• Proven proficiency using professional video equipment (We have a Sony α7S III)
• Artistic vision, an eye for detail, knowing how to reach an audience through visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
