Your Mission

As our full-time Office Manager, you will play a key role in making Tellent a great place to work for our valued employees. Alongside the day-to-day office administration and management, you will be developing our awesome culture by planning and organising events and thinking of new ways to deliver an outstanding employee experience!

We work in a hybrid way, meaning that we would expect you to work on-site in the Poznan office (3 to 4 days per week), but also work remotely with our offices in Wroclaw and Krakow. Your take would be also to ensure that our Tellentees working from multiple home offices in Poland feel the love!

About the team

Within the Tellent People team, we aim to provide a healthy and balanced working environment for all our employees. Your 12 months journey

The first 3 months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Tellent: understand the business, our structure and setup, our processes, the teams, the product, customers and more.The aim is for you to feel comfortable with you day-to-day tasks by that time.

After 6 months, you are fully ramped up. You’ll have set up the role and will have started working out processes. Furthermore, you’ll be mapping out the challenges, and you’ll be improving and optimizing processes. You’ll be fully owning everything about our office in Poland. You’ll also be able to show us your incredible creative and event organising skills.

After 12 months, you’ll have mastered your role and have absolute freedom to do whatever you think is the best for this role.



What you’ll do at Tellent

  • Events management & global coordination: Enhance our culture by organising memorable company events in Poland. Own the global events calendar and coordinate with HR colleagues in the Paris and Amsterdam offices for successful roll outs. Organise a variety of in office events including lunches and themed parties, summer and winter parties, Pride celebrations etc. .

  • Office Management: Manage our beautiful Poznan, Wrocław and Kraków offices and develop a productive and positive work environment for our Tellentees.Order and manage office supplies, tasty snacks,, and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee facilities management including coordinating with building management for repairs, cleaning services, and maintaining safety protocols such as fire alarms and first aid. Serve as the go-to person for office-related queries and needs, providing support to all employees.

  • Employee experience & Administration support : Lead creative projects such as global Christmas gifts, company-branded swag. Make our global employees feel special by arranging presents for birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions such as weddings and other life events. Provide administrative support to our Finance Team. Assist in onboarding and offboarding equipment processes for new and departing employees.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2+ years experience in office management, office assistant, or similar role.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • A passion for organising events and making people happy!

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to take responsibility for tasks and projects.

  • Energetic approach with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, MS Office, and other tools.

  • Fluent in Polish and English with a friendly communication style.

  • Proven track record of getting things done with a proactive and solution-oriented mentality.

  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Living in Poznan or within close proximity.
